Meghan Markle’s highly anticipated Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, has been postponed following the ongoing wildfire crisis in California. The show, which was originally set to premiere on January 15, will now debut on March 4 out of respect for those impacted by what Governor Gavin Newsom has called “the worst natural disaster in California’s history.”

Netflix and Meghan Issue Statements on the Delay

Netflix confirmed the delay, citing “reasons of sensitivity” due to the catastrophic fires. Meghan Markle, who resides in Montecito, California, expressed her support for the decision in a heartfelt statement:

“I’m thankful to my partners at Netflix for supporting me in delaying the launch, as we focus on the needs of those impacted by the wildfires in my home state of California,” Meghan said.
